Ingredients for making Sindhi Chole Chaap-
– Chickpeas 300 grams
-Onion 3 (chopped)
-Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
-Tomatoes 2 (chopped)
-half piece of ginger
-Garlic 1 (small)
-Green chillies 5
-Half a teaspoon of garam masala
-Salt to taste
-Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
-Oil 3 teaspoons
Recipe for making Sindhi Chole Chaap-
To make this, first soak the chickpeas in water and keep them aside.
Then put chickpeas, water and salt in a cooker, put the whistle on and boil it well.
After this, put some oil in another cooker and heat it.
Then add onion to it and fry it till it becomes light brown.
After this, add ginger, onion, garlic and green chilli etc. and cook for some time.
Then put the chickpeas and all the remaining ingredients in the cooker.
After this, put a whistle in it and turn off the gas.
Then cut the bun and keep it in a plate.
After this, first add chickpeas and then all the remaining ingredients on it.
Now your delicious Sindhi Chole Chaap is ready.
